What Junes all about for me!

May has had some lovely wins for me, but my wishlist is still full! so this month i'm going to concentrate on knocking a few off the list (just so i can add more of course ;) )
Starting with the handbag and the nail varnish because i'm in a selfish mood ;)

I did however get my first prize for my partner this month, a money clip :D pretty handy for him as he tends to carry his cash down his sock!

Here is a reminder of my wishlist...

so here goes my top 10 prizes i would love to win (starting from the most important)
1. A new bag...
I'm not fussy which type, I would just love something other than my nappy bag!.
2. Some garden toys
We redid our garden in October last year, new grass, new slabs and some wood chip. I would love to             make it more fun for the kiddies!, I'm not fussy which type of toys, a slide, swing, climbing frame...                 Anything would be great!.
3. Some Nail Varnish
Yes, its only a little thing, but I always buy the same colours out of habit, would love some funky new           colours sent to me to try!.
4. A Holiday
Now who hasn't got this on their list!, i have to be careful when entering these though as i would need            a family holiday so these breaks for 2 are a no go!.
5. Lego
My 4 year old little has recently discovered this over pried toy and it keeps him quiet for ages! a                    definite must.
6. Some new baking items
Anything really, I'm not fussy ;)
7. A new Gadget
I'm not even sure what! but a new gadget would be super fun!
8. Some clothes vouchers
Would love to revamp our family's wardrobe ready for summer!
9. A watch for him
I have always wanted to get him a new posh watch, but things have always got in the way, maybe                 one day :)
10. Fun Family days Out
We are local to Alton towers and Drayton Manor so they would be great, but I'm happy to travel!

So this is my Wish list, it will change depending on my needs no doubt and if i win things they will be replaced!
I would love to see some other people wish lists!

Dettol Anti-Bacterial Laundry Clenser Review

I was sent this free of charge (and by surprise) from Dettol via  the Bounty website a little over a week ago.  I must say after doing the smell test I was quite excited to use it, unfortunately the excitement was short lived.
After checking the instructions I popped my first load in added my usual powder and replaced my fabric conditioner with the Dettol product.  Waited for it to wash, once taking it out the washer it didn't smell 'just washed', didn't smell dirty... but not clean either.  I dried it in the tumble (bloomin' British weather) took it out and folded it... nope just didn't do it for me!.
I tried using it for the rest of the week to see if it was just bad luck, overall I used it for 6 different loads of washing and while smelling lovely when popping the Dettol in the washing machine, it didn't last once the washing came out, I ended up rewashing my partners clothes as he said they smelt disgusting!.

But I have to say I found a alternative use for this product!, as I hate to waste... It makes a amazing floor cleaner :D
Overall I have to say I would not recommend it nor buy it.  The initial smell is lush from the bottle, but it just doesn't transfer to my washing.

Candle Ring Review

I saw these Candlerings while entering competitions and instantly fell in love with the idea! I entered every competition I could find for them but unfortunately I didn't win one :(.  But lucky for me my Other half agreed to treat me to one, I found a 15% off code and ordered my candle for a little over £21 (RRP £24.99). The ring is worth anything from £10 up to £1000!
 It arrived 5-6 days later.

I love strong smells so went for the Orange Bloom scent.  I must say I would of liked a stronger Orangey smell, But that is just my personal preference.  The candle is in a good quality glass jar which will be fab to store things in after!.  The ring is visible from the outside so you know its there.
So straight away I started Burning it.  The scent did get stronger the longer it burned which I was pleased about!
The candle it self is soy wax and brill, It burns evenly so our not left with a melted hole down the middle!

After roughly 6-8 hours of burning the ring became visible on the top

I have to admit I had a little poke and prod to try and get at it but then decided to let it be and keep the suspense a little longer
The wait paid off very soon I as able to get at my ring
It was wrapped in a plastic bag and the plastic bag was wrapped in tinfoil to stop any damage coming to the ring
At this point I had 2 of my friend round and we were all crowing round excited to see what ring I had!
The ring was clearly tagged with a price tag telling me how much my ring was worth
I was lucky enough to get a £20 ring!
which I think is absolutely beautiful ( and so did my 2 friends)
My only problem is the ring size cannot be chosen and it isn't a very good fit for me
Overall I LOVE the candle ring! I would without doubt be recommending it to anyone I can!
My very hard to buy for family will be getting these for Christmas too as its such a fab gift!

Mays Goals

Each month i like to set myself  'comping goals'.  Aprils goal was to enter 3000 competitions... needless to say i smashed that!.
In may I'm setting myself a target of entering 2000 competitions and to change my email over on all my accounts over the various websites where I enter comps (you end up having a few when your comping).
I have just set up a email dedicated to comping as my email is getting soooo clogged up!.
Also I would love to win at least 10 prizes! but that is down to lady luck!
